New revolutionary technology for detecting problems in industrial production

Vinnova has recently granted research funding to a project to improve industrial quality control through normalizing flows, a new technique used in machine learning (artificial intelligence) to understand and model complex conditions and patterns. Together with experts from industry, researchers from the research environment Data Intensive Sciences and Applications (DISA) at Linnaeus University will develop new methods to increase efficiency and accuracy in anomaly detection.
